If Google is named after Googol, does that mean there are 10^100 people who use the search engine? or there are googol searches on Google? I'm always asked about googolplexes and googolduplexes. Can those numbers even be fathomed. Now that's a word, "fathom". What is that? Large numbers are so existential. I mean how does one understand a number that is larger than the atoms in the universe? My children like to respond with "infinity" as a larger number. The interesting aspect of infinity I've investigated is that one can not divide infinity by infinity or multiply them either, because the result is not 1, and double-infinity directly. Huh? Like:

infinity * infinity = infinity

infinity
-------- NOT EQUAL TO 1
infinity

infinity + infinity NOT EQUAL TO double-infinity...and so forth.

An infinite number added,subtracted,multiplied or divided is not conceiveable.

My favorite number is "e", or 2.718... Natural number of nature, derived everywhere in our universe and found extensively in our menial decisions...driving, walking...everything.

Can we live without numbers? Some people would hope so, but I don't believe it for one minute. Descartes lived by the philosophy of numbers that showed God's infinite structure.
